Future Out-pouring of the Esoteric Tradition

Theosophists thought that what HPB gave out was the total teaching of esoteric knowledge. There was little evolution of Theosophical teaching until the next out-pouring via Alice A Bailey in 1919, 20 years after the death of HPB. Now we are in a similar position, aspirants sense since the Conclave of 2025 has now taken place, there is a strong sense that there will be another outpouring of the esoteric teaching released shortly.

The Master DK in Rays and Initiation, vol.#5 indicates that there will be a 3rd more advanced out-pouring of the esoteric tradition given by an advanced initiate. When that will happen and who the channel may be is for us to patiently wait and see.

What shape will the new teaching take? The teachings of the esoteric tradition, the Ageless Wisdom does not change, only the packaging which changes relative to the times, needs of the aspirants of that time, and which culture it appears in. The first outpouring from HPB was primarily the philosophy of the esoteric teaching. The second outpouring from AAB added a practical discipline of meditation to the knowledge aspect. Plus, the emergence of a new psychology based on the Seven Rays. So, what will be next? So many students of the esoteric tradition are talking about synthesis. But what does this synthesis refer too?

The new teaching will incorporate the words of the past outpourings, but now incorporate a more blended approach where the harsh lines of different teachings will disappear.

At first, the new teaching will be guided directly by several Masters of Wisdom, but only for very advanced disciples who will represent the first stages of the externalization of the Hierarchy. Once these disciples have worked through some of the knots of what they sense is the needed teachings for the next phase, then they will begin to communicate it. This will happen slowly as they will encounter resistance from those who hold onto the past teachings. Thus, the transition will happen slowly, step-by-step as more advanced souls will be drawn to this new expression of the Ageless Wisdom, and small outer groups will be started and given initial teachings and disciplines in this new articulation of the esoteric teachings.

The new teaching will be established for different stages of soul awakening. This is not an easy task. What form might this teaching take?

The teaching given out via AAB/Master DK, though of Eastern roots, was highly colored, translated to fit the dominant Judeo-Christian culture in the west. Since the 1970’s there has been a strong shift from that culture, and because of the influx of immigrants from around the world creating the melting pot of races in the west, the culture is changing. The new teaching will reflect this, as it will have a much stronger eastern flavor. Seed thoughts will be replaced slowly by more Sanskrit mantrams, meditations will be simplified ancient tantric forms using particular geometric mandalas, and specialized rituals will be developed to help deal with certain types of karmic effects within the esoteric group dynamics. The Master DK hints at this in Glamour, A World Problem. Transitioning periods are always difficult, because in essence people, even aspirants to the esoteric mysteries, do not like change when actually faced with it. Are you ready?
